A large financial group based in Belgium is trying to synthesize and optimize the technical and application portfolio of different implantations
The model of bringing together shared operations and technologies is the strategy.
Skills
- strong experience of planning and structuring a project, identifying and assigning all relevant tasks that need to be executed to ensure the success of the project
-Being able to start up and manage large projects: taking initiatives, organizer, pragmatic
and result driven.
-Building and maintaining good relationships within PPPM, with the Business Lines and different departments of IT. An excellent communication is also required
-Motivating project team members (in collaboration with their management).
-Reporting clearly.
-Dynamic and flexible.
Business experience required
Extensive experience in start up and management ofIT projects.
-Knowledge of bank domains as an example :“customer, reporting”, “accounts”, “channels”, “payments and card processing”. The ideal profile needs to have business expertise in several of these domains
Other Skills
-Excellent knowledge and certifications (preferable) in Prince 2, ITIL, CMMI, RUP.
-Experience in LEAN methodology is a plus.
