The Role will have overall responsibility for delivery of projects to agreed scope, on schedule and within budget.
Responsibilities will include the following:
• Accountable for ensuring that all deliverables for the project are met.
• point of engagement for all areas to ensure coordination of deliverables.
• Consolidated production and distribution of all project status reporting and stakeholder management.
• Point of escalation to obtain resources from each area involved in the project.
• Management and control of the financial aspects of the project in conjunction with the Finance partner/Project Accountant.
• Manages inter-dependencies with other projects/programmes.
• Liaison with key stakeholders who are impacted by the scope change.
• Facilitates effective communication across all involved areas.
• Responsible for creation and management of project schedule including agreeing date changes with all parties
• Responsible for project wide decisions and management of schedule, risk, issue and change.
• Accountable for ensuring that all agreed deliverables for the project are met.
• Provide people management functions to assigned project team for interpretation design, build, test and implementation tasks.
• Management of scope changes in line with change control processes.
Other Skills
• Knowledge of SEPA, domestic and international payments
• Experience with banking packages
• Roll out and support
• Candidates must have experience of working in the Banking sector, in a variety of projects, with budgets of -€1M to -€10M+.
